Refund Policy

You can use the free plan with your own AI key (BYOK) without ever paying us. There is nothing to refund on the free plan — try Surggies thoroughly before you ever pay.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then it will not renew. We do not lock you into long contracts.

If you are not happy with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically so your empire keeps running. For renewal charges (after your first period), we generally do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a period — but you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, reach out; we review these case by case and aim to be reasonable.

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycling, or use that violates our Terms of Service. Charges from your own AI provider (under BYOK) are billed by that provider and are outside our control; we cannot refund those.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Email billing@surgingmarkets.com from the email on your account and tell us which plan you want refunded. We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

As Surggies moves out of early access we may refine this policy. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
